Sciame was the Construction Manager responsible for completing the construction of a new out-of-the-ground condominium building located in the Chelsea District. Sciame was trusted to carry on as the new Construction Manager halfway through the construction phase and finish the residential project.
The 14-story high-end building consists of 10 luxury condominiums while the ground level houses a 5,000 SF art gallery with floor-to-ceiling windows. All the apartments feature custom kitchens and bathrooms, in-floor radiant heat and terraces for most units of the private residence. In addition, the upper floors include two duplexes and a penthouse triplex with its own swimming pool and rooftop terrace. The building’s design features a distinguished white facade with vertical fins and canted shelves. The rear facade includes balconies overlooking the landscaped courtyard.
The exterior scope required the completion of the building’s facade, roofing and window installations, whereas the interior work called for the fit out of the entire building and the installation of all MEP systems.

The Perelman Performing Arts Center will provide versatile layouts across three theater spaces, which can be combined to offer a range of seating configurations. Additionally, the venue will feature a lobby level complete with a bar, café, terrace, and stage.
