Since joining Sciame in 1987, Mr. Porcelli has directed and secured many of New York City’s most challenging projects. With Michael’s supervision Sciame has successfully completed the ground-up construction of The Shed at Hudson Yards, City Tech’s New Academic Complex, LeFrak Center at Lakeside Prospect Park and the New Museum of Contemporary Art, designed by the multiple award-winning architectural firm SANAA. Michael oversaw the renovation of the Museum of Arts & Design and the renovation and expansion of the Convent of the Sacred Heart – Athletic Facility, Museum of the Moving Image and Pratt Institute School of Architecture – Higgins Hall Center Section. Michael attended Pace University and has a Construction Management degree from New York University.
