Ralph Thompson

Ralph Thompson has been a leader in Sciame’s field operations since joining the firm in 1982. With more than four decades of construction experience, he oversees field activities across all company projects, ensuring work is executed with the highest standards of quality, safety, and craftsmanship.

Ralph has played a key role in many of the firm’s most significant projects, including the restoration and expansion of the Morgan Library & Museum, exterior restoration and infrastructure upgrades at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum, and the expansion and renovation of The Frick Collection.

His experience also includes major cultural developments such as The Shed at Hudson Yards and Grace Farms in Connecticut. Additional projects under his oversight include the 51 Astor Place office tower, Higgins Hall at Pratt Institute, and the Bronx Library Center.

Ralph currently serves on the Executive Board of the Building Contractors Association (BCA).
