
Thomas Sevchuk joined Sciame in 2004 and has extensive experience managing corporate, educational, and cultural construction projects throughout New York City.
He has worked with prominent institutional clients, including Collegiate School, St. John’s University, Cooper Union, and The Abraham Joshua Heschel School. Tom oversaw the construction of the New Museum’s second building on the Bowery, expanding the institution’s footprint in Lower Manhattan.
His work also includes the restoration of eleven historic 18th-century buildings along Front Street in the South Street Seaport district, as well as the construction of three new buildings designed to complement the historic environment.
In the corporate sector, Tom has delivered complex interior projects for companies including General Electric and ASML and managed major construction work at 383 Madison Avenue for JPMorgan Chase. He also led the complete reconstruction of the lobby at 1221 Avenue of the Americas. Tom earned his bachelor’s degree from Seton Hall University.
