199 Water Street Lobby Renovation
Sciame was the Construction Manager responsible for the construction and renovation of the existing 20,000 SF lobby, including interior and exterior lighting upgrades, installation of new turnstiles, new security and mail room construction, renovation of the lobby desk and updated signage throughout the lobby.
The Perelman Performing Arts Center will provide versatile layouts across three theater spaces, which can be combined to offer a range of seating configurations. Additionally, the venue will feature a lobby level complete with a bar, café, terrace, and stage.
