Sciame was the Construction Manager responsible for the two-phased renovation and addition above the existing school. Phase I included a 6,000 SF extension at the back of school and structural / MEP provisions for Phase II. In addition, Phase II also required 3 new floors over the existing roof. The Calhoun school remained operational during all construction phases.
