Sciame was the Construction Manager responsible for the two-phased renovation and addition above the existing school. Phase I included a 6,000 SF extension at the back of school and structural / MEP provisions for Phase II. In addition, Phase II also required 3 new floors over the existing roof. The Calhoun school remained operational during all construction phases.
Sciame Construction is honored to serve as the Construction Manager for two of Observer’s Most Anticipated Art Museum Openings and Expansions of 2025: The Frick Collection and The Studio Museum in Harlem both located in New York City. We’re looking forward to an exceptional year ahead!
