Fordham University - 140 W. 62nd Street - Lincoln Center

Sciame was the Construction Manager responsible for the renovation of the 5-story, 135,000 SF Fordham building at the Lincoln Center Campus. In addition to new classrooms, administrative offices, conferences rooms, etc., the renovation included an extensive MEP upgrade, new library stacks, new elevators, new curtain wall systems at the north and south facades and a new plaza entrance overlooking the double height library space.
