Sciame was the Construction Manager responsible for the 21,500 SF flagship boutique project, which includes the construction of a new three-story boutique and a two-story restaurant for Giorgio Armani. The project is located at the newly constructed Armani-branded 760 Madison Avenue on 65th Street and Madison Avenue. Previously, Sciame was responsible for additional projects for Giorgio Armani, including the construction of its 60,000-square-foot corporate headquarters at 22 Vanderbilt.

The Perelman Performing Arts Center will provide versatile layouts across three theater spaces, which can be combined to offer a range of seating configurations. Additionally, the venue will feature a lobby level complete with a bar, café, terrace, and stage.
