Giorgio Armani Boutique and Restaurant

Sciame was the Construction Manager for the interior fit-out of the flagship retail project at 760 Madison Avenue, which includes a three-story luxury boutique and a two-story restaurant totaling 21,500 SF. Located at 65th Street and Madison Avenue, this Armani-branded space showcases Giorgio Armani’s minimalist, elegant aesthetic with natural materials like brick and limestone.

The Giorgio Armani boutique offers an elegant atmosphere with a layout that promotes easy navigation. Large windows bring in natural light, and outdoor terraces provide space for events. The boutique features a wide selection of Armani products, including men’s and women’s clothing, accessories, and the Armani/Casa home collection.

Adjacent to the boutique, the restaurant offers a contemporary Italian dining experience, beginning with a chic champagne bar that sets an upscale tone. The modern interior features sliding walls and spacious seating, enhancing the dining experience and embodying the timeless Armani brand, all designed under Giorgio Armani’s creative direction.

This flagship project aligns with Armani’s broader vision of integrating retail and dining spaces, paying homage to New York’s historic Upper East Side architecture.
