Sciame was the Construction Manager responsible for the construction of the new Lakeside Center located next to Prospect Park Lake. It includes a pair of adjacent ice rinks, one exposed recreational rink and a covered hockey rink. The covered hockey rink serves as a roller-skating rink and a rentable event space in the off season. During the summer months the exterior free form rink serves as a plaza with water features. The center also offers a café, event space, locker rooms, a gift shop, offices and extensive landscaping, including paved green roofs for park visitor use.
