New York City College of Technology (City Tech) - New Academic Complex
Sciame was the Construction Manager responsible for the construction of a New Academic Complex for CUNY’s New York City College of Technology located directly across from the main campus. Existing structures were demolished to create a new state of the art science and health related facility. The building features technically advanced instructional spaces, a 1,000-seat auditorium, gymnasium and a small parking garage with capacity for approximately 25 cars located below grade and accessed from Tech Place.

The Perelman Performing Arts Center will provide versatile layouts across three theater spaces, which can be combined to offer a range of seating configurations. Additionally, the venue will feature a lobby level complete with a bar, café, terrace, and stage.
