Columbia University - Jerome Greene Hall

Sciame was the Construction Manager responsible for the modifications to the existing 10 story Jerome Greene Hall building, originally constructed in 1956, raising the roof an additional floor to create 10,000 SF of new interior office space. Sciame also installed new HVAC equipment on the roof to replace the existing equipment serving the entire building. All work was performed while the building was fully occupied.

We had a wonderful evening celebrating the season with our valued clients and partners at the annual Sciame Holiday Party. As we approach our 50th Anniversary next year, we’re enormously grateful for your continued trust and collaboration.

Best wishes to you and your family for a very festive and joyful Holiday Season and a very happy, healthy, and prosperous New Year!
