Sciame Construction was Construction Manager selected to convert two Landmark buildings together (one existing, one new) to form luxury apartments. The 50,000 SF project consists of four apartments: Simplex, Duplex, Triplex and Penthouse apartments. The interiors are of classic design with high end finishes.

The Perelman Performing Arts Center will provide versatile layouts across three theater spaces, which can be combined to offer a range of seating configurations. Additionally, the venue will feature a lobby level complete with a bar, café, terrace, and stage.
