Since joining Sciame in 1997, Steve has completed a wide range of prominent projects ranging from historic restorations, corporate interiors, commercial office buildings, academic centers, retail to cultural buildings. Notably he was responsible for overseeing the ground-up construction of The Shed at Hudson Yards, first movable building in Manhattan, and the well-known academic building for Cooper Union designed by Pritzker prize winning architect Thom Mayne and his firm Morphosis. In addition, Steve was responsible for the construction of the state-of-the-art medical and graduate education building, Roy and Diana Vagelos Education Center for Columbia University. His eye towards client satisfaction has resulted in many successful projects including the Collegiate School, the 51 Astor Place office tower, Grand Central Terminal – Employees Facility and several projects for General Electric. Mr. Colletta holds a bachelor’s degree from Fordham University.
