Michael Pardee

Michael Pardee joined Sciame in 2005 and has more than three decades of experience managing complex construction projects across the commercial, hospitality, institutional, and cultural sectors.

At Sciame, Mike has led a range of high-profile developments, including the renovation of The Mark Hotel near Central Park, the phased rehabilitation of the 17-story UJA headquarters building in Midtown Manhattan, and the transformation of 404 Park Avenue South into luxury residential condominiums.

His institutional work includes the modernization of facilities for Pace University and the construction of City Tech’s 350,000 square foot academic building in Downtown Brooklyn.

Mike also oversaw the construction of the Perelman Performing Arts Center at the World Trade Center, a technically advanced venue designed to host a wide range of artistic performances. His portfolio also includes the landmark renovation of New York City Center.
