Prior to joining Sciame, Michael Pardee has been responsible for more than 7 Million SF of retail and related construction projects since beginning his career more than 20 years ago. Since joining Sciame in 2005, Michael has been responsible for numerous complex and high-profile projects including the phased gut rehabilitation of an occupied 17 story office building in midtown Manhattan, the gut renovation of The Mark Hotel including the Jean George Restaurant and Frederick Fakai Salon, New York City Center Performing Arts Center, 404 Park Avenue South Luxury Condominiums and the 350,000 SF New Academic building for CUNY New York City College of Technology in Brooklyn.
