
Steven Colletta joined Sciame in 1997 and has overseen the successful delivery of a wide range of projects across the cultural, academic, commercial, and luxury retail sectors. With decades of experience managing complex construction efforts in New York City, he plays a key leadership role in guiding projects from pre-construction through completion.
Steve has led several prominent developments, including The Shed at Hudson Yards and Columbia University’s Roy and Diana Vagelos Education Center. He also helped oversee Cooper Union’s academic building, designed by Pritzker Prize-winning architect Thom Mayne of Morphosis, as well as the renovation of the one-million-square-foot office tower at 335 Madison Avenue for Milstein Properties.
In addition to institutional work, Steve has managed flagship retail projects for internationally recognized luxury brands including Dior and Louis Vuitton. His portfolio also includes the Collegiate School campus, the 51 Astor Place office tower, and major corporate interiors for companies such as General Electric and ASML. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Fordham University.
