
Steve Schottmuller has been an integral part of the Sciame team since 1996 and brings more than 35 years of experience in the construction industry. He is known for his hands-on leadership, problem-solving ability, and commitment to quality in the field.
Steve has managed a diverse range of projects, from interior renovations to some of the firm’s most prominent cultural and institutional assignments. His work includes the expansion and renovation of The Frick Collection, the renovation and expansion of the Morgan Library & Museum, The Shed at Hudson Yards, Grace Farms, the Polonsky Shakespeare Center, and the Sperone Westwater Gallery. He has also contributed to projects such as the Cooper Square Hotel, Thurgood Marshall Academy, and the Calhoun School.
Steve’s collaborative approach and attention to detail contribute to the successful execution of complex projects in the field. He holds a certificate in Construction Management from NYU and attended Bethel University in Minnesota.
