Sciame was the Construction Manager responsible for constructing 18,000 SF of corporate interior space, spread across 2 floors of a newly constructed, mixed-use building in the Meatpacking District. To maximize the amount of natural light from the floor to-ceiling curtain wall, new full height glass office fronts with clerestory glass and floating ceiling plains with custom lighting were installed. A raised flooring system was utilized to conceal the HVAC system, structural supports and MEP infrastructure. The project also included custom conference rooms with AV integration, custom millwork panels throughout each floor, acoustical treatments, and high-end finishes.

We at Sciame Construction are thrilled to extend our heartfelt gratitude to our amazing staff who not only cheered on but also fearlessly accepted and triumphantly completed the 3.5-mile J.P. Morgan Corporate Challenge. Thank you once again for your participation and support. #jpmcc ...
