Collegiate School - New K-12 Facility
Sciame was the Construction Manager responsible for the construction of the school’s new building for grades K through 12. The new building is 9-stories high and 180,000 SF and includes classrooms, science labs, administrative offices, regulation gymnasium, theater, orchestra room, library, kitchen and dining area. Other features include two outdoor play areas with landscaping and play equipment. Heating and cooling systems was done through a chilled beam system, including an ice storage facility for cooling.

The Perelman Performing Arts Center will provide versatile layouts across three theater spaces, which can be combined to offer a range of seating configurations. Additionally, the venue will feature a lobby level complete with a bar, café, terrace, and stage.
