145 Perry Street - Private Residence
Sciame was the Construction Manager responsible for the construction of a private residence which included a façade of handmade Petersen brick, decorative terra cotta, bronze windows, and planters. The house had a significant scale of 30,000 SF and featured a grand staircase, a gallery, and a home theater. The landscaping was integrated throughout the house – in a corner setback, a rear kitchen garden, and nearly all of the rooftop. The interior finishes included bronze trim, plaster walls, and millwork.

The Perelman Performing Arts Center will provide versatile layouts across three theater spaces, which can be combined to offer a range of seating configurations. Additionally, the venue will feature a lobby level complete with a bar, café, terrace, and stage.
